Mobile Phlebotomist (MAKO)

Travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities and private residential homes to service patients, ensuring accurate and timely collection of urine, oral fluid, and phlebotomy specimens according to established procedures. Process and package specimens for transport while maintaining required records, collection logs, and appropriate documentation. Complete requisitions accurately and perform clerical duties including filing, customer log maintenance, and data entry. Adhere to departmental policies, protocols, and grooming standards; answer phones, dispatch calls, and assist with inventories and supply stocking. Communicate unresolved problems immediately to supervisors and maintain confidentiality. Submit accurate expense forms as required.
