Job Summary
Provide home-based phlebotomy and healthcare services to patients in their homes, performing venipuncture, blood collection, diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, retina exams, and other diagnostic services; maintain professional patient care with HIPAA-compliant communication, operate with minimal supervision, and use modern technology for scheduling and charting while traveling to patient homes; must hold state licensure or national certification, BLS, and meet vaccination requirements; a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required; duties include sample labeling and coordination with labs, with an emphasis on compassionate patient care and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- State required licensure and/or proof of training
- National certification for applicants in all states that do not have state level licensure requirements
- Basic Life Support certification
- Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Vehicle Insurance
