Mobile Phlebotomist Driver - Kenosha (Paid Training)

Job Summary
Operate a full-size commercial van to transport mobile staff, supplies, and equipment while adhering to DOT guidelines. Travel to local collection sites to perform donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Load and unload supplies, set up mobile sites including technology systems, and conduct automation using Alyx and/or Trima equipment. Monitor donors for reactions, provide immediate care, and coordinate post-reaction support with host organizations. Rebook donors for future appointments, maintain product integrity, and complete department records. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- GED
- Valid drivers' license
- prior driving experience
- Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information and/or the use of simple equipment, machines and materials
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other department manuals
- basic mathematical aptitude

- Ability to apply judgment to written or oral instructions
- Ability to organize work to provide productive work flow
- Flexibility to work independently and with a team

- Ability to learn/utilize computer applications such as Ceridian, Hemasphere, Oracle, and HemaTerra
- Vehicle navigation system
- Personal Computer (desktop, laptop, tablet)
- General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine)
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Screening equipment including: Lancet, Sphygmomanometer (BP cuff), Temperature probe, Hemoglobin analyzer
- Phlebotomy collection equipment including: Blood mixer, Trima
- evening, weekend, and holiday hours
