Job Summary
Mobile Phlebotomist at Sprinter Health delivering home-based blood draws and vitals while upholding compassionate patient care. Full-time role handling specimen collection, vital signs, proper labeling, and coordination with labs, using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging. Independent, patient-focused, and able to travel to patient homes using own vehicle; PPE and supplies provided as needed. Emphasis on professional conduct, confidentiality, and ongoing skill development in a telehealth-enabled, mobile clinical team. Requirements include BLS, valid driver’s license and insurance, and background checks; vaccines are recommended but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Proof of Program Graduation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Vehicle Insurance
- COVID + booster (Vaccine 1 of 2, Vaccine 2 of 2, Booster 1)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Hep B
- Varicella
- TB (within the past year)
- Flu (annual or signed exemption)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP - within past 10 years)
- Pass national background check
- DMV check
