Job Summary
Ensure you have all proper supplies and PPE before commencing patient care. Navigate to patient homes using modern technology to access your schedule and commute. Establish warm connections with diverse patients to collect relevant information and perform services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Properly label collected samples and coordinate drop-offs to labs or shipment facilities. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while operating autonomously with minimal supervision. Utilize mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps. Possess valid licensure, national certification where applicable, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with current insurance.

- TB test within the past year
- Influenza vaccination (annual or signed exemption)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP) within past 10 years
