Job Summary
Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before commencing the day. Navigate to patient homes using modern technology to access schedules and commute. Establish warm connections with diverse patients to collect relevant information and perform services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Label samples correctly and coordinate drop-offs to labs or shipment facilities. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while operating autonomously with minimal supervision. Possess valid licensure, BLS certification, and reliable transportation to support this full-time role in the Bronx.

- TB test within the past year

- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP) within past 10 years
