Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your schedule efficiently to maintain flexibility and autonomy. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. You must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, be CPR/AED certified, and possess reliable transportation for travel between sessions. This role offers competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses, a flexible schedule, and a clear growth path into master trainer and leadership positions within a nationwide network.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
