Job Summary
Deliver mobile security services including lock/unlock duties, internal/external patrols, alarm responses, property inspections, and escorts across designated client sites. Conduct dynamic risk assessments, escort staff, and manage company vehicles while maintaining uniform standards and SIA compliance. Complete accurate incident reports for break-ins, health & safety issues, and road traffic accidents using GRS/SMP reporting systems with supporting evidence. Uphold core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness to protect people, property, and assets. Maintain a professional approach with clients and collaborate with team members and Team Leaders. Work independently while managing varied workloads and remaining flexible to cover different guarding districts and support other branches as required.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence with solid driving experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- Flexibility to work – days, nights, and weekends
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period
- Valid SIA, Front Line Licence required to work as a Mobile Security Officer
