Job Summary
Drive assigned properties to conduct mobile patrols while remaining alert and observant to changing weather conditions. Handle problems professionally by following standard operating procedures and properly reporting any issues to ensure client safety. Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and exercise sound judgment during tense situations while presenting a professional appearance. Shifts run 6PM–3AM. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Must obtain, by the first day of work, required security licenses
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Valid phone number and working cell phone
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift
