Job Summary
Manage and coordinate the Mobile Outreach program serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Chicago and on the CTA, providing direct staff supervision and ensuring compliance with grant objectives and Haymarket Center's QA standards. Develop program manuals, create training materials, and establish schedules while monitoring staff performance, attendance, and documentation completion. Deliver direct services by connecting clients to mainstream benefits and ancillary support, and provide all required reports to funders including quarterly and monthly billing data. Evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining integrity through close monitoring of staff activities and adherence to contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Sciences or related behavioral science field
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in managing or supervising direct service personnel
- Must be detailed oriented
- Highly organized
- Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- High ethical standards
- Sound judgement in dealing with confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Sciences or related behavioral science field highly preferred
- Clinical licensure and/or IAODAPCA certification test at CADC level highly preferred
- Experience working with populations with lived experience of homelessness, mental illness, chronic health conditions and substance use highly preferred
- Experience working within an electronic health/care record preferred
