Job Summary
Lead mobile security operations in Massachusetts by overseeing dispatch functions, camera monitoring, and vehicle fleet management. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to field supervisors and officers while serving as the primary overnight point of contact for clients and branch leadership. Manage route coordination, incident response, and emergency communications to ensure compliance with state regulations and client procedures. Conduct field inspections, quality assurance reviews, and root cause analyses for incidents. Coordinate staffing for call-outs and shift vacancies, maintain accurate payroll and scheduling records, and build strong client relationships through proactive service management. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM with flexibility for urgent operational matters.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree
- three (3) years of experience in personnel management
- three (3) years of experience in security operations
- three (3) years of experience in law enforcement
- three (3) years of experience in military leadership
- three (3) years of experience in dispatch operations
- experience in a related field
- Mobile Security Operations management experience
- Multi-site scheduling and workforce management experience
- Dispatch, communications center, or emergency response coordination experience
- Experience managing vehicle fleets and mobile personnel
- Experience working overnight operations in a 24/7 environment
- Knowledge of Massachusetts security regulations and operational compliance standards
- Strong technology aptitude
