Job Summary
Mobile Nursing Home Administrator needed to serve as interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at designated facilities, providing hands-on leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, oversee resident care, staffing, budget adherence, census growth, and overall facility performance. Collaborate with clinical leaders to drive quality care outcomes and survey preparedness, identify operational deficiencies, implement action plans to stabilize and improve performance, and mentor facility administrators and department leaders. Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, company policies, and ethical standards; partner with HR, Clinical, and Compliance teams to lead investigations and resolve personnel challenges; provide regular status updates to regional leadership; travel extensively (up to 75%) across the company’s footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in applicable state(s); multi-state licensure preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
