Job Summary
Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) sought to lead operations at designated facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing resident care, staffing, and budgets, and driving quality outcomes. Responsibilities include hands-on leadership, collaboration with clinical leaders, investigations and disciplinary actions with HR/Compliance, reporting to regional leadership, and travel across the company’s footprint to support multiple facilities. Requires active NHA license, multi-state licensure preferred, 5+ years of licensed administrator experience in skilled nursing, strong CMS/regulatory knowledge, and ability to travel up to 75%. Required Qualifications
- Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in applicable state(s)
- Multi-state licensure preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, long-term care operations, financial oversight, and resident rights
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%)
