Job Summary
Coordinate patient/resident care from admission through discharge at client skilled nursing centers in Maryland under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Travel extensively by air or car, including overnight trips, to fill in as needed across facilities. Gather comprehensive patient information to promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents. Requires current unencumbered RN license, two years of direct hands-on nursing experience, two years in long-term care, and proficiency in ICD-10 coding. Full-time travel position with benefits starting the month following hire.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice
- minimum of 2 years direct hands-on nursing experience
- minimum of 2 years long-term care experience
- at least a minimum 1 year of RAI experience
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding
- Must be able to travel extensively by air or car
- Overnight travel
- Travel Monday-Friday
- Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance
