Job Summary
Mobile Mortgage Specialist responsible for developing and executing mortgage sales initiatives with a focus on referrals from realtors, builders, and financial planners.Will build and maintain customer relationships, leverage targeted referrals, participate in joint sales calls with the Sales Manager, and undergo comprehensive TD training to integrate into the TD brand and culture. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic client development, with a commission-based earnings structure and a home-office setup supported by tools such as a laptop, email, and phone allowances. TD highlights growth opportunities, a collaborative sales environment, and a standardized sales-management system to support success.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills
- Strong sales skills
- Self-motivated, independent professional
- Proven sales track record
