Job Summary
Target mortgage referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence to drive business development. Execute sales initiatives using a dedicated sales management system while building credit knowledge through targeted training. Maintain customer relationships and develop a personal client base with support from a Senior District Sales Manager for joint calls and monthly coaching. Work from a home office with provided equipment, phone allowance, and access to a commission-based earning structure.
