Job Summary

Respond on-call to mobile mental health crisis situations across Dunn County, Wisconsin, conducting mental health and suicide risk assessments. Provide crisis intervention and support while collaborating with law enforcement and community partners to execute least-restrictive response planning. Complete required clinical documentation for each engagement. This part-time, on-call role offers flexible scheduling with shifts from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes $40 per 8-hour on-call shift, $27.50/hour during response, and mileage reimbursement. Candidates need two years of mental health experience and a preferred Bachelor's degree in a human services field.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services
  • Ability to respond within 30–45 minutes to most locations in the county
  • Available shifts: 7 days a week 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM
  • including weekends and holidays

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services–related field preferred
