Job Summary

Respond on-call to mobile mental health crisis situations across Burnett County, conducting mental health and suicide risk assessments. Provide crisis intervention and support least-restrictive response planning while collaborating with law enforcement and community partners. Complete required clinical documentation for each engagement. This part-time, on-call role offers flexible scheduling with shifts available 7 days a week from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes $40 per 8-hour on-call shift plus $27.50/hour when responding, mileage reimbursement, and training pay. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in mental health services.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services
  • Ability to respond within 30–45 minutes to most locations in the county
  • Available shifts: 7 days a week 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM
  • including weekends and holidays
  • Home-based/on-call with responses throughout Burnett County, including Siren, Danbury, Grantsburg and Webster

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services–related field preferred
