Job Summary
Conduct on-base and on-call duties to provide comprehensive crisis support and emergency response in the Orange County community. Assess urgent needs, develop safety plans, coordinate outreach services, and deliver essential follow-up support. Collaborate with 311, certified peers, and law enforcement to intervene in critical situations. Work M-F days in 8 or 12-hour shifts, including evenings and overnight rotations, at a rate of $42 per hour. Requires an active professional license (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC); bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
