Mobile Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

In-field Mobile Medicine APP role partnering with CARES program to proactively visit and treat individuals in their homes in the Puget Sound region of Washington. Responsibilities include interviewing and examining patients, prescribing medications, providing therapeutic treatments and immunizations, conducting house calls, coordinating with CARES and social services, and helping connect patients to appropriate levels of care. Works alongside fire department personnel and other first responders in home or community settings; field-based medical care for non-emergency needs such as cold/flu, wound care, basic substance use support, and care coordination to reduce ED visits.
