Job Summary
Welcome and greet patients and families, collect co-pays, obtain insurance information, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments. Push a 60-lb cart while walking and standing throughout the shift to operate a mobile workstation. Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Salary $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour. High School Diploma or equivalent required with 1 year of customer service experience; 1 year of medical front office experience preferred. Epic experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience
- Experience with Epic
- Excellent phone skills
- Customer service behaviors
- Strong computer keyboarding skills
- Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must complete background screen
- Must meet immunization requirements
