Job Summary
Welcome and greet patients and families, collect co-pays, obtain insurance information, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments. Push a 60-lb cart while walking and standing throughout the shift to support the mobile workstation. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Requires high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and preferred medical front office experience with Epic. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with a hiring range of $18.00 to $21.37 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience
- Experience with Epic
- Excellent phone skills
- Customer service behaviors
- Strong computer keyboarding skills
- Ability to walk, stand, and push a 60-lb cart for the entirety of the shift
- Friendly demeanor
