Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist-Per Diem In-Home Services

Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to network policies and regulatory standards. Conduct electrocardiograms (EKGs) and macular edema screenings as trained, while maintaining a clean work environment and managing clinical supply inventory. Collaborate with the clinical coordination team to submit visit paperwork accurately and report adverse events or patient inquiries per guidance. Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance. This per diem, travel-based role offers flexible hours with no minimum monthly visit requirement and includes paid appointment and travel time plus IRS-standard mileage reimbursement. Valid driver's license, 2+ years phlebotomy experience, and willingness to travel up to 100 miles are required.
