Job Summary
Perform on-site repairs and maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, and air system issues. Complete preventative maintenance services and respond to roadside breakdowns as needed. Maintain accurate repair records and communicate repair status with management while providing professional customer service to drivers. Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your own basic hand tools or company-provided equipment. Full-time, year-round employment with competitive pay based on experience, paid holidays, and vacation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; CDL is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working on Class 8 trucks and trailers
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
