Mobile Master Personal Trainer

Job Summary
Master Trainer duties include conducting comprehensive fitness assessments, consulting to recommend customized fitness programs, delivering engaging in-home and on-site sessions, and closing training packages while building client relationships. You’ll design and update personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, track progress, and collaborate with the training team. The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, mentoring others, and opportunity for advancement into management/territory leadership. Work is performed in homes, offices, and community settings with no gym-floor prospecting and travel locally between appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
