Job Summary
Master Trainer conducts fitness assessments, builds client relationships, recommends customized fitness programs, delivers engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions, closes training packages, and helps clients begin their fitness journey. Responsibilities include tracking client progress through reassessments, building relationships with referral partners and community organizations, participating in community outreach and business development activities, mentoring fellow trainers, and supporting the training team. Requires nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED, with ability to travel locally to client homes, offices, and community settings; emphasizes coaching excellence, client outcomes, and professional development within a mobile training model.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
