Job Summary
Lead Master Trainer to train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions, conduct initial and reassessments, create customized workout programs, mentor and support fellow trainers, maintain high coaching standards, track client progress and retention, and support local marketing and community outreach. Collaborate with leadership on sales goals and business growth. Requires NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA-type certification, CPR/AED, 3+ years of experience, leadership mentoring preferred, strong communication, relationship-building, and reliable transportation with a valid license. Flexible schedule with leadership development opportunities and potential advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
