Job Summary
Lead Master Trainer responsible for delivering high-quality in-home and mobile personal training sessions, mentoring junior trainers, and driving team growth. Train clients in one-on-one and small groups, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, create customized fitness programs, mentor staff on best practices, maintain coaching standards, track client progress and retention, and support local marketing and business-growth initiatives. Must hold a certified personal trainer credential from a recognized organization, CPR/AED certification, 3+ years of PT experience, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Sales aptitude and reliable transportation are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
