Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results while conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics, and support sales and assessment goals. Facilitate workshops and team development sessions while driving local marketing and community engagement initiatives. Represent core values in every interaction. Full-time preferred with a flexible schedule; competitive pay of $40-$50/hr plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Continual learning is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
