Job Summary
Lead Master Trainer to train clients one-on-one and small groups, mentor and support personal trainers on best practices, and help grow the local fitness team. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments and reassessments, creating customized workout programs based on client goals, tracking client progress and retention metrics, supporting local marketing and community outreach, and partnering with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives. Requires Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization, CPR/AED certification, 3+ years of personal training experience, leadership or mentoring experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
