Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results while conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions, oversee client success metrics, and ensure training quality standards. Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership by facilitating workshops, driving local marketing, and representing core values in every interaction. Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Continual learning is a must
