Mobile Mammography Driver Patient Registration Representative

Job Summary
Transport the mobile mammography unit to designated community sites, set up for daily operations, and register patients for appointments. Verify demographic information, confirm insurance eligibility, collect payment details, and ensure accurate, compliant patient records. Coordinate daily activities for the Parking and Transportation department, provide direction and leadership to employees, and manage staff schedules. Respond to requests and issues, oversee vehicle repairs, and implement workflow improvements. Requires a valid CDL-B license with air brake endorsement, basic mechanical skills, and strong customer service abilities. Works Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with variable weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience customer service or related field
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
- LIC-Commercial Drive License - STATE_MI State of Michigan 30 Days required
- LIC-Drivers License - Endorsement A (Air Brakes) - STATE_MI State of Michigan 30 Days required
