Job Summary
Mobile Maintenance Technician II performs general maintenance across multiple apartment communities (Powell Gardens and Emeral East) including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair; responds to service requests and completes work orders in a timely and professional manner; conducts preventative maintenance and inspections; maintains cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds; collaborates with property managers and team members to prioritize tasks; ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of property maintenance experience
- strong general maintenance knowledge
- ability to work independently
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- auto insurance
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
