Job Summary
Mobile Maintenance Technician II needed to support two apartment communities (Creekside Commons and Barbur Heights) in Beaverton/Tigard/Portland area. Responsibilities include general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair; respond to service requests and complete work orders; conduct preventative maintenance and inspections; maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas; collaborate with property managers and teams; ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements: 2+ years property maintenance experience; strong general maintenance knowledge; ability to work independently; excellent communication and customer service; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willing to travel between properties. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri. Wage $28.00–$30.00/hour. Benefits include phone and auto reimbursements and bonus opportunities.
