Job Summary
Mobile Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance of building systems and facilities in the Greater Cincinnati, OH/Northern Kentucky region. Responsibilities include performing general skilled trades work (light electrical, plumbing, carpentry), HVAC-related tasks, drywall and light construction, garage door repair, safety inspections, and maintaining detailed service records. Must manage multiple tasks, maintain client relationships, operate a company vehicle, and ensure quality and safety in all maintenance activities. Schedule typically 7:30am–4:30pm with occasional on-call rotation; strong emphasis on reliability, documentation, and hands-on problem solving across facilities management. Requires 2+ years in commercial facilities maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organization, and the ability to pass background checks and driving-eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality/accountability
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid drivers license.
