Mobile Maintenance Technician

Mobile Maintenance Technician role performing HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing and electrical repairs, lighting, and general building maintenance across client facilities in the North Texas area. Drive a company vehicle between locations, conduct preventive maintenance and service calls, replace filters and belts, inspect equipment to identify issues, and maintain accurate notes and updates in the mobile work order system. Operates independently with support from an operations team and coordinates with vendors/contractors as needed, staying on top of daily assignments and safety in clean, organized work areas.
