Job Summary
The Mobile Maintenance Technician performs building operations, customer service, and community enhancement for 3 commercial buildings in North Bethesda, MD and 1 in Rockville, MD. The role involves routine inspections, exterior checks, maintenance and repairs, and handling tenant work orders across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades. Daily duties include coordinating with the property management team to perform preventive maintenance, managing building systems (BMS/EMS), maintaining records, sourcing parts, and ensuring safety. Requires 3-5 years of experience, High School diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, Universal CFC certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, occasional overtime, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings
- High School diploma or equivalent, and must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must meet the occupation requirements, such as lifting 50 lbs., walking distances, kneeling for 1 hour, and climbing ladders.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must possess a Universal CFC certification
