Job Summary
Mobile Maintenance Technician responsible for building operations, customer service, and community enhancement across multiple commercial buildings. Perform routine inspections, exterior checks, maintenance and repairs, and handle tenant work orders. Execute tasks related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other trades, with daily coordination with the property management team to perform preventive maintenance. Manage Building Management System (BMS) / Energy Management System (EMS) as directed, maintain records and reports, order parts, and ensure safety compliance. Requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial buildings, HVAC experience is a plus, strong English communication, High School diploma or equivalent, and Universal CFC certification. Willingness to occasionally work overtime and to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Universal CFC certification
- 3-5 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must meet physical requirements (lifting 50 lbs, walking distances, kneeling, climbing ladders)
- Must have reliable transportation
