Job Summary
Mobile Maintenance Mechanic performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety equipment; conducts equipment inspections and corrective maintenance (e.g., gutter cleanouts, brickwork, and site landscaping); maintains fire panels and safety compliance; addresses tenant requests; and supports business initiatives, requiring strong communication, safety, and customer-focused service. Must have HVAC experience, BAS/BAS knowledge, 1–3 years of building systems maintenance, High School Diploma, and a valid Ontario G driver’s license with ability to travel in the GTA; role located in Toronto, ON and is on-site. The expected salary range is determined in accordance with the union collective agreement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Building Environment System Certificate or trade license asset
- 1–3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of complex building systems
- HVAC experience is required
- Knowledge and experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Travelling in and around the GTA is a requirement
