Job Summary
Mobile Maintenance Mechanic with hands-on experience in preventative and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Performs inspections and repairs of building components, supports senior mechanics, and maintains documentation for building systems using CMMS (Maximo). Responsibilities include HVAC coil cleaning, filter/belt replacement, plumbing repairs, door/lock maintenance, painting and handyman tasks, completing tenant service requests, and prioritizing work orders. On-site role based in Columbus, OH with standard business hours and on-call availability. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency with hand/power tools, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 80 lbs. EPA Universal License and BAS/CMMS experience are preferred. No visa sponsorship is offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Proficiency in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, CMMS (Maximo)
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures
