Job Summary
Lead, direct, and manage overall operations of assigned Ohio facilities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Organize resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents while planning and achieving community business objectives. Travel, including overnight stays, to oversee multiple locations with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Work full-time hours as scheduled based on assignment requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in Ohio
- Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing
- Capability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to carry out both verbal and written directions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment
- Not posing a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
- 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience
