Job Summary
Mobile Legal Assistant rotating across offices in the Road & Work Injuries team. Provides administrative and clerical support to Lawyers, including liaising with clients, preparing, filing and serving court documents and briefs, copy/filing of client and third-party correspondence, file and diary management, opening mail, preparing bills, and handling inquiries. Requires a strong background in administration within the legal industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Training is conducted onsite for the first month, with open to remote and/or flexible working arrangements depending on experience and business needs. Background checks are required for successful candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Legal Assistant or high-level Administration position
- Knowledge of/or experience in an industry associated with road, work and/or personal injuries will be advantageous
