Job Summary
Operate the Mobile Laboratory and company vehicles in accordance with Transportation Safety Procedures, conducting sampling per standard protocols and safely transporting field samples to the Fuel Testing Facility. Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and assigned vehicles per established maintenance standards, while ensuring proper cleaning of sampling devices and accessories. Record all sampling activities, daily trips, and mileage in the Travel Log or mobile application, and promptly report vehicle-related incidents or issues to immediate supervision. Submit service reports for all vehicle maintenance and perform daily inspections using IVMS and Intelex to verify operational readiness. Assist the Field Laboratory in Random Field Testing and Quality Check procedures, ensuring full compliance with group and national policies including the Quality Management System.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Valid professional driver's licence restriction 2 or code B,B1,B2, C
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
- Ability to work effectively and responsibly
- Able to work in flexible schedule when needed to meet laboratory operation commitment
- Strategic, methodical, logical, detail and quality oriented
- Good oral communication skills
- Able to coordinate and motivate externally and internally
- Able to build confidence, respect, and confidentiality
- Acts quickly and decisively
