Job Summary
Coordinate post-overdose follow-up visits, patient navigation, and care continuity with MAT providers while supporting Inspira's Buprenorphine program through field inductions and training. Schedule appointments, conduct outreach, and oversee MIH operations including call volume tracking, reporting, and quality assurance reviews. Collaborate with the ALS Clinical Manager to expand initiatives, provide staff education on protocols, and maintain documentation for compliance. Develop partnerships with hospitals and community organizations to support program growth and patient outcomes. Requires current New Jersey Paramedic certification, a valid NJ driver's license, and experience in addiction medicine or community paramedicine.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EMS, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paramedic (MICP) or MICN in a high-volume EMS system
- Current New Jersey Paramedic (MICP) or MICN certification required
- Must maintain qualifications as outlined in N.J.A.C. 8:41
- Valid driver's license in NJ in accordance with Inspira Health's Fleet Safety ADM.291*IHN*

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with addiction medicine, buprenorphine induction, and/or MIH programs highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in addiction medicine support and/or community paramedicine initiatives
- Proven ability to manage program operations, track outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare partners
- Experience delivering field-based care, patient navigation, and follow-up services
- Prior involvement in staff training, education, and protocol implementation preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead program initiatives
