Job Summary
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and production equipment in assigned facilities to maximize efficient operation and life expectancy. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC/R systems; troubleshoot and repair facility equipment; maintain records of past operating experiences; use CMMS (Corrigo) for work orders; be multi-skilled in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems; on-call and available for duties as required. Requires universal CFC recovery certification and a minimum of four years of building engineering experience; high school diploma or GED; valid state driver’s license; located on-site in Denver, CO; on-call availability and standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
