Mobile HVAC Technician

Job Summary
Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to minimize downtime. Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders, including interior and exterior inspections of walls, flooring, fixtures, and roofing systems. Submit daily P-card receipts and update work order status in real time using CMMS systems like Corrigo. Maintain records of past operating experiences and report on conditions impacting client occupancy. Requires a valid state driver's license, Universal CFC recovery certification, and four years of technical experience in building engineering. Standard business hours with on-call availability; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
- Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
- Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC
