Job Summary
Mobile HVAC/R Technician to maintain building systems including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment; perform general maintenance, collaborate with Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians, participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies, and document work and materials while following safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Completion of a technical training program preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and safely use ladders up to 30 feet
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
