Job Summary
Mobile HVAC Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of approximately 25 commercial banking locations. Travel between facilities to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems; perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems; calibrate and replace components; monitor system performance and adjust as needed; oversee work by outside contractors; manage inventory and assist with purchasing; follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Strong diagnostic skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems required; valid driver’s license and proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel. Based in Norcross, GA with travel between sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between multiple sites
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (preferred)
- Two years of trade school education in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical systems is a plus
