Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Engineer

Operate, maintain, monitor, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, furniture, and control systems across multiple facilities. Travel between assigned sites to ensure building systems are functioning properly and maintained to applicable standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing components to optimize HVAC and associated equipment performance. Record system readings, analyze performance data, and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper operation. Manage facility services, including preventive maintenance programs, inventory control, purchasing, and coordination of contracted maintenance. Monitor the quality, scope, and pricing of work performed by external contractors. Maintain compliance with all safety policies, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; identify safety risks and recommend corrective actions. Conduct periodic inspections of tools and instrumentation to ensure readiness and accuracy.
