Mobile Home Park Manager

Job Summary
Conduct monthly and quarterly property inspections, enforce company rules, and provide notices for rent and violations. Appear in court regarding evictions when permitted, show prospective tenants homes, and walk through vacant units with maintenance to schedule repairs. Oversee maintenance and refurb procedures, manage resident move-ins and move-outs, and occasionally train other Park Managers. Ensure all Federal Fair Housing Laws are obeyed without discrimination. Requires bilingual Spanish, Rent Manager knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Full-time position in Knoxville, TN with competitive hourly pay, PTO after 90 days, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of Rent Manager
- Customer service: 1 year
- Mobile home sales: 3 years
- Mobile Home Property Management: 3 years
- Detail-oriented, organized, ability to interact effectively in a small team environment with prospects, residents, peers, management, and ownership
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and good judgment
- Enthusiastic, reliable, honest, and driven
- Computer literacy
- Experience with property management and/or accounting software
- Basic computer skills
